Just one phone call can schedule your appointment. Simply dial (414) 226-1696. Our secretary answers during normal business hours. During other hours, an answering machine will take your message. We can often return your call over the weekend. Many Realtors will be happy to do the scheduling for you.
Most inspections can be done within 3 business days, even during the busy summer season. If you can attend the inspection, allow 2 ½ to 3 hours at the home.
Next day or second day delivery of the video and the written report is available for out-of-town clients.
HomEx specializes only in home inspections and radon testing. We’re experts at what we do. We can refer you to independent specialists for inspections such as swimming pools and environmental testing.
